Equipment is tracked from the time it is assembled. Information on all owners and future service is logged and easily available from the Equipment Dashboard.

Inventory Control
Available inventory is continually updated as the products are consumed or replenished by the day-to-day operations of the system. For reporting and analytical purposes, the actual and average cost of inventory is available at any time.
Accounting System
Purchasing, Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Inventory and the Financial Reporting are seamlessly integrated for your fiscal obligations. Providing this data to your Accountant is easily achieved.
Dispatch & Service Management
FastTrack ERP provides the interface for a Dispatcher to send customer service requests to mobile phones. Once the call is completed, an invoice can be immediately generated.
Customer Web Portal
Customers can easily manage their needs at their own convenience. Invoice Review, Payments, Meter Readings and Service and Supply Requests are generated and are uploaded directly into FastTrack.

There is a direct conversion path that will bring over Vendors, Catalog Items, Branches, Accounts, Inventory Locations, Contracts, Equipment (with Options, Rates and Usage), Inventory, Purchase Orders, AP Invoices, Vouchers, and Payments.
Profit Recovery
FastTrack has a prebilling audit check where the system will ensure that all necessary data elements are consistent to produce accurate contract billing. Up to 60 warnings will indicate you have a data problem and will prevent incorrect invoicing for your fixed and overage costs.
ERP Integrated CRM
